Payment Terms

Fees for our services are based on your selected service package and are payable in advance on a monthly or annual basis as specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your specific service agreement or required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent billing periods. Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your access to our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, microhubnovaex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

You may terminate your account and these terms at any time by providing written notice to microhubnovaex. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
